Meet Jules Lou

I've spent most of my career in sales, working across different industries and, along the way, learning a lot about people, communication, confidence and, most importantly, myself. Sales teaches you how to read people, understand what makes them tick, communicate effectively, handle uncomfortable conversations and show up with confidence. And I've learnt that these aren't just sales skills. They're life skills.

I started mentoring early in my career, helping people find direction and navigate their path in the IT industry. From sales coaching and business mentoring to personal development, I've always loved helping people see their potential and become better versions of themselves.

But the area I've found the most rewarding is relationships. I genuinely love helping people navigate dating, understand their patterns, build confidence and figure out what the hell is actually going on when it comes to love.

And I'm not here to sugarcoat things. I'm straight-up, honest and no bullshit. If you're overthinking a text, I'll tell you. If you're ignoring a red flag, I'll tell you. If you're settling for less than you deserve, I'll tell you. And if you're getting in your own way, I'll call that out too.

But it's never about judging you. It's about giving you an honest perspective, helping you understand yourself and giving you the tools and confidence to make better choices.
